I recently had a lovely stay at a Mediterranean-style hotel that really gave me that genuine holiday feel. The property was simply gorgeous, with pristine white buildings and a tiled pool area that added a touch of luxury. The spacious apartment I stayed in was well-maintained and had private courtyards off both the living area and bedrooms, which made it even more comfortable. The kitchen was of a good size and equipped with modern appliances, allowing me to cook my own meals. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being close to the beach and several restaurants. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing negative that stood out to me.

Check in after midday is a little awkward when the intercom keeps cutting out. Overseas travellers with heavy baggage have to negotiate a number of stairs-is an issue especially for the older or infirm.

Accommodation was very Quiet ... close to shopping ... bbq facilities were excellent ... under ground car parking at no extra charge was a real bonus ... Excellent price for Queensland school holidays ... Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. 5 Star
Very limited hours for Reception but not a problem. Could contact reception by intercom

Was not able to access anything the whole time we were there. Needed a hair dryer and could not access one so it cost me $88.00 to have my girls hair washed and dryed. If you needed any thing it was not at all accessable. Room was not what I expected.

The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the convenient on-site parking.
The apartment was a bit dated and could use some updates. We also found that the noise from outside could be a bit loud at times, especially in the evenings.

It's a good place to stay, nice pool, comfy beds, good kitchen facilities
Not pushchair friendly and the railings on one of the balconies wasn't child proof/safe. Also there were no insect nets on the windows and they didn't lock half open so they had to be shut for safety reasons so it got hot in the kids rooms- ceiling fans only and no air con in 2 of the bedrooms, all easy fixes.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and comfortable beds. The facilities, including the pool and outdoor area, were fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of modern restaurants. The staff were helpful and allowed us an early check-in.
Nothing all good.

The only thing I could complain about is the reception hours also when my mum tried to pick up my phone which I left there she had a lot of trouble the outside speaker ph was crackly and not clear enough couldnt hear the receptionist also she was put on hold for at least 10mins and had to dial reception again to see why she had not got back to her and it had started to rain in the end she wrote ph number down and rang to speak to someone had much more success then but while she was waiting to speak to someone there were other customers wanting to check in they also had difficulty hearing reception instructions

I arrived on saturday rang up their reception asking for directory assitance to get there from the airport, they answered they don't know and I better off asked the airport. While I booked for a one bedroom they put me to a two bedrooms, and charged me $50 from taking a blanket from the 2nd bedroom. Unsure if that's their common practice for scamming more fees from guests, I'm currently seeking refund via Fair Trading Queensland. I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay at such an unpleasant place, and to be exposed to hidden charges.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. the heated pool was enjoyable after a long day out. the apartments were spacious and had a nice view over the surroundings. the underground parking was very convenient.
The apartment we stayed in was quite old and unmaintained. the bathroom definitely needed an update and the shower had mold on the glass.
